In May 2024 I will together with Tony Sanchez host a Yoga Retreat in Malaga, Spain.

We will meet on wednesday afternoon and have dinner together at the monastery that we are staying in together with the amazing nuns. And in single rooms with shower and toilets.

The days will be a perfect mix of yoga with Isabel and Tony and an opportunity to experience Malaga. The culture, food and ocean.
